Following reports by the Pension Advisory Group, Lexis Nexis and Mathieson Consulting are conducting a survey to see how pensions experts faired when providing evidence for family financial settlement cases. They have made a request for family law fee earners to take a short survey in an effort to improve the service.
We understand the survey is anonymous and takes under 10 minutes to complete. The results will be published in New Law Journal, Family Law Journal and the website, www.familylaw.co.uk.
